We have been working with Kieran and his team since 2020, and the service they provide is exceptional. The cleaning team is such an important part of running serviced accommodation, and we couldn’t do it without Kieran and the team. I originally came to Fenton's Domestic Cleaning after having issues with two previous cleaners for my popular and highly-rated AirBNB property in Nottingham. The change has been significant since taking them onboard, and genuinely, I consider myself so lucky to have found this excellent cleaning company.
Kieran is professional, clear, communicative, organised... always at the top of his game and willing to go the extra mile to provide a brilliant service. Every. single. time. And the cleaning standard is outstanding, have not had any issues around this—ever. He also messages and lets me know when there is anything wrong or even when something needs doing in the flat (or may need doing in the future). He is even willing to complete small, insignificant tasks outside the remit of a cleaning service which makes everything run extremely smoothly.
I cannot recommend him, his business and his team enough. You will not be disappointed in any way. An exceptional service that is absolutely key to running my serviced accommodation business. Don't hesitate to reach out to and engage with Fenton's.

Having taken a huge leap of faith, and expense, in converting a couple of my rental flats into Serviced Accommodation (Airbnb), I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to pull it off, in terms of having that quick turnaround of cleaning and bed changing, as that is the essence of what SA is, and I was determined that I was not going to find myself with no alternative but to do these things myself! Well, having found Kieran and his team, my worries quickly evaporated, as I sensed early on that I had found a dedicated professional, who knew the needs of this market, and would be there at a moment’s notice to service those. Fentons has not let me down, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!
